All of our knives - and pretty much everything else - are handmade in our Sheffield workshop by our Master Craftsman, Mike.

The workshop is in Neepsend and sits on the banks of the River Don overlooking Kelham Island.

This area was once - and will again be! - home to some of the best knife makers in the World.

Which is why we've set-up shop here. The heritage and talent here are just so exceptional.

And the tea's not bad either..!

Opening the workshop and building the team have been our first big investments into Sheffield.

But we have so, so much more planned.

Most notably, once our current stock of Japanese knife steel is exhausted, we're determined to replace it with an even better Sheffield-made one.
