YOU CAN NOW SPLIT PAYMENTS WITH KLARNA.
We're delighted to have partnered with the Government's Kickstart Scheme (which aims to get unemployed young people aged 16-24 into work) on this hugely exciting new role.
Having recently completed the build of our kitchen studio and launched our YouTube channel, we're on the hunt for a committed, enthusiastic Studio Assistant.
Working closely with our Head of Content, you'll be assisting in the preparation and execution of video and photography shoots. This is a fast-paced, highly varied role and whilst prior experience isn't essential; the successful candidate will love food and photography; and have a keen interest in social media.
Specific duties will include:
- Running duties such as buying props, ingredients and looking after studio guests.
- Support with the retouch process of photography.
- Edit short form videos for social media.
- Help research and generate ideas for digital content and social media.
- Keep the studio tidy and help organise equipment and props.
Applicants must be aged between 16 and 24, and have been on Universal Credit for at least six months.
Other than that, though, there really are no pre-requisites to working here. Katto is a lively, inclusive and diverse place to work. So we'd love to hear from people of all ethnic origins, national origins, genders, races, colours, religious beliefs, disabilities, sexual orientations, ages and marital statuses.
So long as you're good at the job and kind, that's good enough for us.
What we're offering
In accordance with the Kickstart Scheme guidelines, this role will be an initial 6 month fixed term contract for 25 hours per week paid at National Minimum Wage. In addition, we will be providing a wealth of technical training (e.g. on Photoshop) and career guidance. Plus there will be lots of lovely free food and plenty of trips to the pub.
