THE KNIVES

Our knives combine super sharp Japanese steel blades with hand-carved wooden handles. Our blades are made of AUS-10 Japanese steel; and we only use FSA 100% certified woods for our handles. 

We have three collections of knives - Henry, Noah and Nala. And each collection has three sizes of knife - an 8.5" Chef's knife, a 7.5" Santoku and a 6" Utility. 

Both Henry and Noah have handles carved from Black Walnut; whereas Nala's are carved from British Ash and Olivia's are rosewood.

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch your order on that day using a guaranteed next day service. Orders after 4pm will be dispatched the following day. 

FREE RETURNS

If for any reason you'd like to exchange or return your order, you can do so for free for up to 100 days.
