INTRODUCING NOAH

Noah is an ergonomically designed, extremely precise collection. Like Henry, his handle is carved from black walnut. But unlike Henry, Noah's handle is oval shaped with a small scoop. This suits those prefer a more European style of handle.

Noah's blade is made of AUS-10 Japanese steel (similar to those used by Global, Shun etc) which is precision-forged by our partner forge in Asia. We then hand-carve, fit and finish handles here in our London workshop.

WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?

For an all-round knife we recommend choosing a Chef's or Santoku size. Whereas for more delicate tasks (filleting fish, herb preparation etc) we suggest the Utility. Alternatively, why not order a bundle and save 10% (more info below)?

FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch your order on that day using a guaranteed next day service. Orders after 4pm will be dispatched the following day.
