Our 7.5" Santoku knives are lighter and slightly more agile than our Chefs knives; whilst also retaining a great deal of versatility. They are perfect for everything from vegetable preparation to filleting fish.

Each features an 7.5" Japanese AUS-10 steel blade and hand carved handle in either walnut, beech or rosewood.

Free shipping is included with every UK order.

Due to Christmas demand UK knife orders are currently taking 2-3 days to arrive.

Shipping to Europe costs £15 and takes 3-5 days.

Shipping to USA, Canada and the rest of the World costs £25 and takes 5-7 days.

You can return your order free of charge for 100 days after purchase. Just email hello@katto.shop or call +44(0)7799 484 041 to arrange this.

Please note this does not apply to engraved orders which are non-refundable.

Accordingly we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy through our delivery partner, DPD. And all our packages are clearly marked as containing sharp objects.

So if you're lucky enough to look under 25, you may be asked to show ID.

A NICE SLICE

I purchased my knife last week it was a birthday present although I did have it in the basket for over a year trying to decide if paying that amount of money was justifiable, why did I WAIT.......... the knife itself is finished really well I went for the rosewood finish and it is smooth and well finished. With the blade I decide a wanted a Santoku it is a pleasure to use I have used it on meat veg and has a very nice cut and feels sturdy and strong but the one thing that really stood out for me was the noise when I was cutting herbs I have never heard anything like it. Now i only have to decide what my next buy will be

Brilliant birthday foodie gift
