Back in January we tasked our knife maker, Mike, to develop "the most beautiful handle we've ever made".
 
As usual Mike couldn't resist going a little bit further. And so rather than developing one new handle wood, he did three. 
 
Over the next few weeks we'll be releasing these (extremely) limited edition collections to subscribers only. Starting with six of these Zebrano 8.5" Chefs knives. 

Each knife features our signature AUS-10 Japanese steel blade and a hand carved Zebrano handle. 

WHAT IS ZEBRANO?

Sometimes called Zebrawood, Zebrano is one of the most beguiling hardwoods on Earth. 
 
The dark grain is flashed with veins of sandy brown and reddish highlights which combine to create an almost tiger-like quality.
 
It is, in a word, stunning.

Please note that monogramming is not available with Zebrano knives.

Order before 12pm Mon-Thurs and you'll receive your order next day. Orders from Fri-Sun will be delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping to Europe costs £15 and takes 3-5 days.

Shipping to USA, Canada and the rest of the World costs £25 and takes 5-7 days.

Please note that international shipping rates do not include import duties or taxes.

You can return your order free of charge for 100 days after purchase. Just email hello@katto.shop or call +44(0)7799 484 041 to arrange this.

Please note this does not apply to engraved orders which are non-refundable.

Every knife comes gift wrapped in brown paper and string. We include a complimentary tote bag, a penny for luck and a few other goodies too.
