Had a meal in the Devonshire with a lifelong mate and Paddy the both of us and was on the roof and ordered the ribeye as your do and then it came out with these lovely steak knives. I asked the staff…."before I steal this lovely knife, can I get this somewhere" and she directed me to Katto….I purchased these last week and I have just used for the first time tonight in anger…..the quality speaks for itself but they are a thing of aesthetic beauty as far a design goes.
