All UK orders include free next day shipping.

Order before 12pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.

Orders placed after 12pm (or on weekends) will be dispatched on the next working day.

We charge a flat rate of £15 to ship to all European countries, including the Republic of Ireland.

We use an express service which usually arrives within 3-5 days.

For any countries outside of the EU we charge a flat rate of £25.

2. Safely package your order, print and affix the label.

3. Drop the package off at your nearest Post Office or parcel post box.

4. As soon as we receive the package we'll be in touch with next steps.

It's important that your knife is safely and securely packaged before you send it.

To achieve this we recommend:

1. Creating a cardboard blade protector which is bent over at the blade tip end.

2. Wrap the protected blade in a further layer of padding (e.g. thick newspaper or bubble wrap) and secure with tape.

3. Place this bundle inside a rigid package such as a poster tube of thick card box. Jiffy Bags of envelopes are not advised.

4. Be sure to include a note in the package with your name, contact details and request (e.g. sharpening, return or exchange).


Refunds are processed using Shopify Payments and are paid to the payment method you used at checkout.

Depending on your payment method it can take up to 5 working days for a refund to appear on your statement.

However, thankfully, the vast majority arrive in the same day.

Either way you will receive an email confirming that a refund has been initiated.
