Caring for your Katto knife couldn't be simpler. Just follow the three steps below.

Clean your knife by hand using warm water and dish soap. From time to time apply a small amount of olive oil to the blade using kitchen paper to prevent oxidisation.

If storing in a drawer be sure to use the scabbard provided. Alternatively, you could consider a magnetic knife rack (e.g. this) or bamboo storage block.
