CARE INSTRUCTIONS

WASHING
Clean your knife by hand using warm water and dish soap. From time to time apply a small amount of olive oil to the blade using kitchen paper to prevent oxidisation.

STORING
If storing in a drawer be sure to use the scabbard provided. Alternatively, you could consider a magnetic knife rack (e.g. this) or bamboo storage block.

SHARPENING
We recommend you sharpen your knife using a Japanese whetstone (see how by clicking here). Or alternatively, why not book into our next free sharpening clinic?
