BOARD CARE
Looking after your Katto chopping board couldn't be easier. Here are the only three things you need to do:

Wash your chopping board by hand (never the dishwasher) using warm water and regular dish soap.
Avoid using metal scrubbers or scouring brushes as they may excessively mark the wood.
Dry the pan immediately after washing with a tea towel. This will prevent premature ageing of the timber.
After a few washes you may notice that the wood loses it's shine.
If you prefer the board to be shiny, you can be easily rectify this by lightly sanding back the surface using a high grit sandpaper, washing, drying and then applying a little mineral oil or chopping board balm.
