The bread knife we have created together embodies our shared values - simplicity, sustainability and the importance of finding quiet joy in everyday moments.
Each knife combines our our signature Japanese steel with handles carved from a London Plane tree, rescued from destruction by our friends at Fallen & Felled.
To celebrate our collaboration Natalia has developed some delicious recipes - each one demanding some (beautifully sliced) bread.
