All Katto orders include a two year warranty. To take advantage of this you must register your product by completing a short questionnaire.
Clean your knife using warm water and dish soap. Dry it immediately and store as desired.
Store your knives using a magnetic knife rack (click here to see ours), or in a block.
If you are storing your knives in a drawer we suggest purchasing our bespoke leather knife guards (click here).
Our knives are double bevelled and sharpened to twelve degrees on each side.
You can sharpen them using whichever method you're best at; but we recommend Japanese whetstones (click here).
Alternatively, we offer free knife sharpening to all Katto Rewards members.
