Husband loves Katto - BBQ Set was the perfect addition to his collection. It would be good to have some care instructions with them. Will they rust if left out in rain for example? Do they need to be seasoned?

Josh has been fab. Really delighted with the knife and barbecue tongs we orders. Arrived beautifully wrapped and the products are gorgeous. Slight delay (just a few days) which is not a problem at all as don’t understand why everything needs to arrive immediately but we were kept up to date and offered to engrave initially. Really great company with beautiful products. Thank you. Son delight with his first proper knife. He thinks he is quite the chef now 😁

After a slight delay they arrived and are really perfect for all things cooked on the bbq. Will last a lifetime with care, very happy. Also very grateful for the free gift because of the delay.

First thing to state is that Josh’s response’s to all enquiries were fantastic, even out of normal office hours. The only real area for improvement is on the delivery front. Whilst the item I ordered had 24 hr delivery included there were no updates as to where my parcel was. The upshot being that the item being within the expected time, comms from the delivery company were non existent . This really doesn’t help you develop
