Remarkable knives, very sharp, lovely to hold and use.

Beautiful, well made, nicely balanced, a pleasure to use. Only used once so far to cut a sirloin steak. Sliced through it as if it was a piece of the finest rump, no effort on my part.
We ordered 8 originally and quickly bought another four.
Packaging is also sturdy, practical and beautiful.
Interestingly we'd spent 3 weeks in Japan earlier this year and visited a few knife shops there but were not tempted by any. Nice to find these, made 16 miles away from our home.

My partner and I love a steak and for my birthday, I decided the elevate the experience. Admittedly I’ve previous overlooked the importance of a good steak knife, but stumbled across Katto and grateful I did. These knives completely elevated the meal. They looked sensational on the table, cut with such ease and made my previous knives look like butter knives in comparison. Best buy of the year. Can’t wait to explore the other knives.

The knives are excellent. I bought 8 and should have realised the personalisation should have been paid for twice in order to get all eight not just 4 personalised! Also no penny for luck with packaging which is normally added. Immediately cut myself in foolish accident!
