Very sharp and sturdy scissors, they are great for cutting meat and vegetables. They are perfect for Korean barbecue!

Also, they are pretty easy to wash!

We’ve been looking for a good pair of kitchen scissors/shears sharp enough to cut up chicken bones & crucially ones that are easy to clean afterwards. These fit the bill, coming apart into two pieces so you can thoroughly clean them. They are exceptionally sharp & hopefully will be easy to keep sharp as the blades separate.

These really feel like a product that will last forever. Ridiculously sharp out of the box. We'll have to see how they fare over time, and whether at-home sharpening affects their performance.
