We’ve been looking for a good pair of kitchen scissors/shears sharp enough to cut up chicken bones & crucially ones that are easy to clean afterwards. These fit the bill, coming apart into two pieces so you can thoroughly clean them. They are exceptionally sharp & hopefully will be easy to keep sharp as the blades separate.

These really feel like a product that will last forever. Ridiculously sharp out of the box. We'll have to see how they fare over time, and whether at-home sharpening affects their performance.

These are built to last a lifetime. Razor sharp and comfortable to hold. Well worth the price.

Excellent quality. I especially like the pivot design, which allows for easy disassembly and hygenic cleaning. They are really robust and have multiple uses; bottle opener, pry bar, nutcracker etc.
Altogether, it will take a proud place in my kitchen.
