These are hands-down the sharpest scissors I’ve ever used! They cut through everything effortlessly, from herbs to tough packaging, which makes them an essential tool in my kitchen. The build quality feels sturdy, and the blades seem to stay sharp even after repeated use.
However, I think the design for how they come apart could be improved. While the feature is great for cleaning, it’s a bit too easy for the blades to separate during normal use. If you try to open the blades past a 90-degree angle, they detach, which can be a little inconvenient at times.
Overall, they’re an excellent pair of scissors for cutting, but I’d love to see a tweak to the mechanism in future designs. Still, a great addition to my kitchen toolkit!
