I came across Katto Knives while searching for a new chef’s knife, and I’m so glad I did. I really appreciate that their products are handcrafted in the UK using locally sourced materials (apart from the steel).
The knife arrived beautifully presented in a premium box, complete with a lovely touch a one penny piece and a signature from the founder. It’s these small details that really stand out and show the brand’s attention to quality and care.
As a professional chef, my knives get a lot of use, and this one has been fantastic. I loved it so much that I’ve already ordered another. I also bought the blade protectors, which are excellent quality.
Considering the craftsmanship and performance, I think Katto knives are very fairly priced compared to other high-end brands. The free knife sharpening service is another brilliant extra.
