As a mash afficionado (must be silky and 0 lumps) I wss excited to see the masher from Katto, and knew it would be a dream to use! Its beautifully made, solid and really simple but elegant. You can tell its made from the same quality and craftsmanship as all their other products, i have used it to make buttery mash as well as effortlessly mashing tougher root veg, it has also been used for pressing stock carcasses too, it solidly built and so glad Katto have released this improvement on fiddly twiddly devices, mashers just need to be solid and simple.
