We've used this so far on:
Kettle charcoal BBQ with small chicken
Smoker with ribs
Convection oven
We plan to use it in the wood-fired pizza oven as well.
The different cooking modes didn't phase it one bit. We got amazing dishes from all. You can tell it'll last forever.

Perfect pan

I rarely use any pan that isn’t cast iron, but this one is my easiest to maintain and remains perfectly non-stick regardless of what I’m cooking! I also find that the heat distribution is almost perfectly even, which can’t be said for some of my other cast irons! Absolutely obsessed with this versatile and beautiful piece

Great products, great service

I ordered 2 knives and a pan, and all 3 are superb. The quality is apparent from the outset, and the attention to detail with the packaging made it feel like a real treat. I had 1 query on my order which was resolved within an hour or so of me sending it. Cannot fault anything about either the products or the service. Would recommend the products to anyone that would listen!
