Beautiful Pot!

I saw this in the pop up shop in Soho and loved it at first sight - and so does my son for whom I bought it. I bought many lovely gifts in the shop - and hope that you will return to London in 2025! Particular shout out for the Japanese bowls and glassware. My first, but not my last, experience of Katto!

We've used this so far on:
Kettle charcoal BBQ with small chicken
Smoker with ribs
Convection oven
We plan to use it in the wood-fired pizza oven as well.
The different cooking modes didn't phase it one bit. We got amazing dishes from all. You can tell it'll last forever.
