The product was a gift. I joined membership to get discount on first order. The e mail with the discount code was sent in your name not the company name so it went into by Spam mail. Is that a ploy on your part to get away with awarding discount. So three stars only. Would have got five otherwise.

Have owned this pan for 3 months & I'm so pleased with it. It's such a good size for one or two people & I love that it stacks with the rest of the cast iron set. It's an absolute joy to serve things straight to the table in & bloody hell does it look good with a pie crust on top. I've never had a pan that was so versatile & I've been really impressed with the durability - even if the odd guest digs a fork straight into it. Not for the weak-wristed of course & the nonstick-ness is a bit of a process but one day we'll build up to scrambled eggs.

I've always been somewhat intimidated by cast iron pans, but I knew that if I was going to try them out, I was going to go with Katto. I have been blown away by the quality of their knives and customer service... we had some issues delivering to Madrid from the UK, but Josh sorted me out. I can't wait to impress my family through the holidays with this!
