Pork and chive dumplings made from scratch might seem like a fiddly task but Cherry Tang (@feedthetang) shows us just how easy it can be. We could watch Cherry fold dumplings all day.

To make these at home, you'll need:

For the wrappers (makes 30):

  • 300g Plain flour
  • 150ml Water

For the filling:

  • 250g Fatty minced pork
  • 1⁄2 tsp Salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp White pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice wine
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 1⁄2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 30g Water
  • 50g Chives

For the dipping sauce:

  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli oil
  • 1 tbsp Black vinegar
