To make these at home, you'll need:
For the wrappers (makes 30):
- 300g Plain flour
- 150ml Water
For the filling:
- 250g Fatty minced pork
- 1⁄2 tsp Salt
- 1⁄4 tsp White pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Rice wine
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 1⁄2 tsp Ground ginger
- 30g Water
- 50g Chives
For the dipping sauce:
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilli oil
- 1 tbsp Black vinegar
