WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

All Katto knives come beautifully wrapped in a custom box and ribbon. We include a complementary cotton bread bag with every order; as well as a lucky penny and care instructions.

We provide a card scabbard as standard. However, we recommend our bespoke leather scabbards if you plan to store knives in a drawer.

HOW LONG DOES ENGRAVING TAKE?

Because we have all our own equipment in the workshop, orders with engraving take the same time as orders without engraving. If you place an order before midday you will receive it on the next working day.

These are simply amazing knives, having decided to upgrade my kitchen and the mantra of buying fewer but better things, I was not wrong, these stunnung knives are unreal, such quality and craftsmanship, the team are also fantastic, especially Josh who answered any queries and comments , he also made sure that my delivery came on a specific day, when I would be in yo aogn for them.

These will last me a lifetime and are razor sharp, cutting the first few veg and meat with them made me realise how dull my other knives were! I will definitely be ordering more to complete my kitchen, stunning knives, amazing feel and you can see the individuality and uniqueness in each blade and handle!

Magnificent knives

Well made, lovely balance, good edge (but cannot comment yet on how well the edge lasts). Scored 4 as I didn't like all the packaging. Too much for a smallish item. I also thought the cardboard sleeves were cheap. And did little to support the high value bespoke nature of the knives.

New knives

Purchased to replace older knives with the previous handle design. Love the change so far and the handle/blade weighting feels very good. The range of sizes has been very useful too.
