All Katto knives come beautifully wrapped in a custom box and ribbon. We include a complimentary cotton bread bag with every order; as well as a lucky penny and care instructions.

We provide a card scabbard as standard. However, we recommend our bespoke leather scabbards if you plan to store knives in a drawer.

My third Katto knife.

So glad Katto made these, a decent boning knife has been on my wish list for some time and this has more than fit the bill. Now eyeing up the new slicer, though a small, 115mm petty with a finger cut-out to let you get really up close to anything you're working on off board is what's next on my wish list. Katto, any chance?
