We've teamed-up with London's best fishmonger - The Sea The Sea - to offer a truly unique seafood knife skills masterclass.

Under the tutelage of Executive Chef Leandro Carreira, this hands-on class will teach you how to prepare a wide variety of seafood including oysters, fish, scallops and prawns. 

It's also an opportunity to test drive some of Katto's most popular kit such as our oyster knives, scissors and chefs knives.

MEET YOUR TUTOR

Leandro Carreira is a celebrated chef with over 15 years experience cooking seafood.

Prior to joining The Sea The Sea, Leandro worked at several top restaurants including Nuno Mendes' acclaimed Viajante.

Absolutely you can bring friends and family members. However each attendee does need a ticket.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the class for a full refund.
