We offer free next day delivery with all UK orders over £50. Place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm (or on weekends) will be dispatched on the next working day. Shipping costs £5 for orders under £50.
USA
We offer free express shipping (3 to 5 days) with all USA orders over £100.
Europe
We offer free express shipping (3 to 5 days) with all European orders over £100. You may have to settle import fees / duties.
Rest of World
We offer Express Shipping (5 to 10 days) with all worldwide orders. You may have to settle import fees / duties.
You can return your order free of charge for 100 days after purchase. Just email hello@katto.shop to arrange this.
Please note this does not apply to engraved orders which are non-refundable.

Every knife comes gift wrapped in brown paper and string. We include a complimentary tote bag, a penny for luck and a few other goodies too.
If you'd like to add a gift note you can do so for free at checkout.
Because we have all our own equipment in the workshop, orders with engraving take the same time as orders without engraving. If you place an order before midday you will receive it on the next working day.
