As I am an engineer I wanted to know the full technical spec. of the steel from which the blades are made: Josh answered all my questions fully and filled me with confidence.
I ordered a knife and it arrived 21 hours later! We were delighted: beautifully made, (with Rosewood handle); it sliced a soft tomato so thinly a laser could not have done it better! the packaging could not have been better and I have not experienced service like this for 50 years - I felt important!
I am delighted that "Steel City" is alive and kicking!

Perfect knife at a good price

Knife arrived the next day, well packaged and on un-boxing I was not disappointed. The Chefs knife has a real feel of quality despite it being fairly light it is well balanced and cuts great. Will see how long the edge lasts, but have the free sharpening service anyway.
