Wonderful chefs knife, great packaging and arrived the next day. First class service!!

This is my 3rd Katto, joining a utility and a nakiri. These 2 are really great knives, but the chef's knife is even better. My daughter 'borrowed' my Henkel chef's knife when she recently moved into her first flat, forcing me to buy a replacement. I cursed quietly at first, but am now secretly rather pleased! The Katto replacement is better balanced, has a better grip and holds its edge for far longer than the Henkel. And it looks fabulous with the birch handle option. Thanks Katto; looking forward to daughter visiting home and purloining something else, so I have an excuse to add a 4th....always fancied a santoku! ;-)

I’ve had my eye on Katto knives for a while and finally decided to take the plunge, they did not disappoint! The quality, balance, and craftsmanship are outstanding, and they’ve made cooking an absolute joy. I’m already eyeing up my next purchase to add to the collection. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a knife that looks as good as it performs.

This knife is all you'll ever need for most things. Absolutely beautifully crafted, weight and balance is perfect for me. The cutting edge is like I've never experienced out of a box. Definitely will be coming back.

Stumbled across Katto while searching for handmade knives in the UK. Pulled the trigger on an olive-handled chef knife and the leather scabbard. Even if it didn't cut as beautifully as it does, I could hang it on the wall as a masterpiece of art. The handle, brass accents, and hammered metal scream to folks that I'm a much better chef than what I actually put on the table for my family. Chopping is an absolute breeze, and just pulling it out of the leather sheath brings a smile to my face every time. Strongly recommend anyone interested to purchase a Katto knife!
