WHAT IS PAU ROSA?

Pau Rosa is one of only a handful of woods which have the potential to be nearly rainbow coloured. Our stock of this stunning African hardwood features beautiful, light brown grain infused with streaks of purple, orange and red.

We are extremely lucky to have acquired reclaimed timber which is sufficiently wide to accommodate making knife handles as it is usually only available in smaller dimensions.

We have enough wood to make a total of six knives which will go on sale at 10am on Friday 29th September.

CAN I CHOOSE MY BLADE?

Yes. All six of these knives will be made to order. So you can choose which blade you'd like by selecting above. The example here is our 8.5" Chefs.

We are not able to offer engraving with Limited Edition knives.

All Limited Editions are made to order and take two weeks to arrive.

You can return your order free of charge for 100 days after purchase. Just email hello@katto.shop or call +44(0)7799 484 041 to arrange this.

Please note this does not apply to engraved orders which are non-refundable.

Every knife comes gift wrapped in brown paper and string. We include a complimentary tote bag, a penny for luck and a few other goodies too.
