The absolute best!
I knew this knife would be so good but it has honestly exceeded my expectations (I mean I cut myself on it twice in the first day!). I have worked in a few professionally prepared kitchens so I've used some good knives but this is by far the absolute best I have ever used! I have even used it to cut bread with ease! I will definitely be getting the bread knife next.
